Cocksure 04:41
You set the scene, a late night, good times. I’m a night owl; you’re a night owl to. Caress that thought and it burns like snow, these compliments they come and go, they come and go. My left turns to a right. What do I need to remind you? When satisfaction comes, oh yes it does, and lasts the whole night long. And now you’re not the innocent one; I’m not the innocent one. My up turned to a down. What do I need to remind me? When satisfaction comes, oh yes it does, and it gets right under the skin. And now you’re not the innocent one; I’m not the innocent one.

Stopped at the lights, and I’m talking to this man. He tells me about his life; about his wife. He says he got two kids, and he’s got a nice house. On the outskirts of town, where the seasons still change, he’s doing well. We gather speed; in advancing rows, in advancing columns, we’re lead by the nose. Always keep on your toes and the next light is yours. Although the man is calling, you leave them all behind and go. I’m not a crazy man; I just want to go home.

Longswords 06:31
We are the ones on the floor when the lights go on. We are the ones on the floor at the end of the night. Love the strange, take a turn, move like eels with electric heels. Love the strange, night and day, the feather cap pan Godiva way. But this won’t be around forever and all swords lose their edge. London will give us another and we wake up feeling. Have a go and spend some time, strike a line through whatever. Have a go, walking home; you turn on me in a natural way and say. Let’s spend the night together if that’s ok with you? Sleep through the rain and the thunder and we wake up feeling. Sun, oh where’s the sun? A slight delay in delivered light. And the hum, the buzz and the hum a slight delay now open your eyes. And we, should leave this town forever, and go our separate ways. Dig a whole wherever, we wake up feeling. We wake up feeling; we wake up what we need

Last Of Me 03:40
Woman it’s written in your face and in your eyes, and now I can see I’m not the centre of it all. We all make mistakes, we all make mistakes, but to turn like you did, there’s another way. Like other times, won’t you try them please? Or, you’ll never see me again. I should laugh. That’s the last of you. That’s the last of me. There’s a central disagreement to it all, and the basis of your argument is flawed. It’s August, where did the year go? That’s the last of me. It’s in my eyes, and that’s the best I’ve got. That’s the best of me.

Roma Roma 03:38
The trouble started at Roma Palais; the trouble was a poster on the wall. I made and inappropriate gesture and now you say you don’t want me around. And I scream as you melt in the crown, can I see you at the end of the day? Let’s get together at the end of the day, but I guess you never heard me. I still love you on Mondays; the weekend did no good at all. And I spend the week drawing pictures, of all the things I’ve forgotten to be. I’m only drawing pictures of me, like Henry Miller said in one of his books; like Dylan Thomas said in one of his plays – I will never be a no-good, low down, Spanish Architect. Come on and spend a night with me; we’re taking chances like you wouldn’t believe. The girls are dressed up and they’re ready to go; the boys are dressed up and they’re ready to go. But the night it goes to slow, until I twist myself through the floor, with endless conversations and more - I will never be. Let’s drink to Roma Palais and then burn the whole place down; we’re burning all our bridges down. Do you still want me around now?

Captain (free) 06:17
Holidays in the sun can be fun; and we know what they’re good for. Spending time with the one that you love; you find out what you’re good for. Brochures tell us how to spend our time; from sun-up to sun-down. All these places we can’t afford to stay; but let’s go anyway. Get a room with a view of the Crystal Sea and dream of better days. Or get a room with a view of a broken mountain and think of another way. I am the captain and I fly the plane, to places where the mercury is rising. And I will take you anywhere, yes I will take you anywhere – lets go.
